• A digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins
• Production does not start until the proof is approved and required payment is received
• Changes to orders after proof approval may result in additional charges and delays
• Rush orders are subject to availability and additional fees

Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing artwork that:

• Is of sufficient quality and resolution for the chosen decoration method
• Does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights

Pricing and Payment

• Payment terms vary by order size and customer account status
• Deposits may be required for large or custom orders

Delivery and Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Crizelonvorb is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Quality and Acceptance

We aim for high quality in our work. Minor variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur due to the nature of custom decoration processes. Such variations within industry-standard tolerances do not constitute defects.

Limitation of Liability
