At Crizelonvorb, we take pride in the quality of our custom accessories and clothing decoration work. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and this Return Policy outlines our process for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Custom Order Nature
Please note that all products from Crizelonvorb are custom-made items. Due to the personalized nature of our embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, and rhinestone application services, standard return policies may not apply. Each order is produced specifically according to your approved design and specifications.
Quality Guarantee
Crizelonvorb aims to complete all work to professional standards using quality materials. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will work to resolve any issues that are our responsibility, in line with our return and refund process.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns or provide remedies in the following situations:
- Items received damaged during shipping
- Decoration does not match the approved proof (positioning, colors, design)
- Wrong items delivered (incorrect size, color, or quantity)
- Manufacturing defects in the decoration (loose threads, fading, peeling)
- Quality issues with blank items (holes, stains, defects present before decoration)
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns are not accepted for:
- Items produced correctly according to the approved proof
- Customer-supplied items that were defective before decoration
- Design changes requested after proof approval without proper change orders
- Minor variations within industry-standard tolerances
- Change of mind after production has begun
- Items damaged by customer after delivery
Return Process
To initiate a return or report an issue:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue
- Describe the problem in detail
- Do not wash, alter, or use the items if possible
- Wait for our response before shipping anything back
Resolution Options
For eligible issues, Crizelonvorb may offer:
- Reprint or redo the decoration at no additional cost
- Replacement of defective items
- Partial refund proportional to the affected items
- Full refund in cases where correction is not possible
- Store credit for future orders
Proof Approval Responsibility
By approving a digital proof, you confirm that the design, placement, colors, and text are correct. Crizelonvorb is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof. Please review proofs carefully before approval, including spelling, sizing, and positioning.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Document the damage with photos immediately upon opening
- Keep all original packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will file a claim with the carrier and work to replace your items
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. Refund amounts may exclude original shipping costs unless the error was on our part.
Customer-Supplied Items
If you provide your own items for decoration, Crizelonvorb is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing defects in the items
- Items unsuitable for the requested decoration method
- Items that do not withstand the decoration process
We recommend discussing item suitability before proceeding with customer-supplied materials.
